Thread: Architect 0024 -> Factories with 1000 Hopper possible?

Howdy,
I'm planning to dabble in Architect, just to have a larger stock available.
My only 2 questions are:
a) Am I able to craft Factories with at least 1000 hopper if I'm Architect 0024?
b) Which components need to be high quality, and which one's can be low quality?

Despite the numbers generated, experimentation has no effect on a factory's hopper size. A factory always has an ingredient hopper of 100 spaces and an output hopper of 100 spaces no matter what the guaranteed item attributes are. If you want the numbers to look good, though:
Manufacturing mechanisms, the heart of a factory, are not subject to experimentation. Use grind quality resources in making them no matter for what they are used.
Basically, just use ore and steel with decent UT and MA in the final assembly if you want the numbers to look good. The factory will run the same either way.

if your elooking to use it as a storage, I havent seen any with a hopper of 1000.....I dont knwo if you can put things oteh rthan resources in them either.

9months as a Master Architect and I never knew that! I always experiment mine, and sell critical failures for less.

Lol, I haven't master archi for that long. But I have been long enough that I shouldhave noticed this. I even use the storage amount in the deed name!
I know for sure the input hopper size never changes. Its always 100. I thought the output hopper would change, but I havenot used most of the factories I create, so I never verified. Either way, you can't place anything directly into the output hopper.
