Thread: Max. BER for Harvester bugged?

the whole crafting system is changed, someone else can explain better, but resources that were best before are no more now and resources that were worse now are better

To tell what's wrong, you'd have to give more details:



  • the resource classes and UT, HR and SR attribute scores used on the ores and metals used primary parts of the harvesters (for mediums, this is a Light Ore Mining Unit, a Harvesting Mechanism or a Fluidic Drilling Pump Unit; for heavies,it's the Ore Mining Units,Heavy Harvesting Mechanisms or Turbo Fluidic Drilling Pump Units)

  • the experimentation percentage you hit on those parts,

  • the resource classes andUT, HR and SRattributes for the ores and metals used in final assembly.

The above assumes that you are using Lubricating Oil or Liquid Petrochem Fuel for any chemical required, since they don't have UT, SR or HR scores and therefore do not affect any experimentation.


Without knowing that, all I can say is I've consistently hit BER 13 after the CU with the same resources I used before the CU.

Use lub oil for your chemicals.


Make sure your mining component is experimented as high as possible and it should be in the 90% range.

I don't believe that change impacted us. It only dealt with materials that had a cap. So for example if the conductivity for a duralloy steel was capped at 600 and you had 500 then it would count as 500/600 rather than 500/1000. Our stats all go up to 1000 so no net change.

hi all,

i have a little problem. PreCU I used to craft all harvester with max BER of 13, now i only get 12 out of the same resurces. Alway the exp. stops by 95-98% and the BER is still only 12?
Anyone can tell me what's wrong?

Please tell us:

- what (exactly - including stats) you used to make the mining component

- what *percentage* you experimented the mining component up to

- what (exactly - including stats) you used for the final assembly

- what *percentage* you experimented the final assembly to


Given those, I am 100% certain that we'll be able to tell you why you have a BER12 harvester.
