And it keeps telling me I'm running out of Generator Turbines, when in fact I have a whole factory crate of the ones I used in the schematic sitting in the input hopper. Any idea as to why this is happening? I know people have PA halls, so there must be a way around this. All the other ingredients needed are there in the quantities outlined in my schematic.

Factories are screwy. I would empty the input and output hoppers, put a 'dummy' schematic in (because it'll get destroyed), and Destroy the structure, and re-place it. Won't cost you any maintenance to destroy/re-place.

Take the stuff out of the factory crates in the input hopper and put them in individually.

You need to redeed the factory. Follow the advice someone posted above on what to do rather then to try running it again by unpacking crates like the other person said.
