Thread: Planet houses (land property value)
I was just wondering why everyone sells the same houses for the same prices no matter what the planet. Surley Someone would pay more for a small naboo house than a small tatoonie house. Do any of you architects add land propety value in to your prices?

If i'm selling out of my tatooine home, I sell cor/Naboo homes for a touch more then tat homes.
It's not really land value I go for, more for travel time. If Im on tat, most of my business is going to be tat related. I'll sell 5 tat houses before I even get asked for 1 cor/naboo house.
Taking land value into account is rather hard in most ways.. sure cor/naboo look better then tat, but some people perfer tat over naboo/cor because it;s easlier on thier machines, easier to hunt, etc...
