Hi, I'm looking to purchase a city hall ON patch day. This will be on the Tarquinas galaxy. I can supply most, if not all of the resources, or in this case, give you the same amount of resources that it cost you to build, and what ever the additional cost of the construction will be. I've read the posts on the prices and such being debated, and I would hope providing an equal number of required resources would DRAMATICALLY reduce the price. With that, I guess we can start a bidding... The lowest price will win naturally. I think around 200k is MORE THAN fair for this kind of service, so that or lower would be nice. Well this is idiotic.. 300k for a city hall while a guild hall runs for 400k through vendors (no connections)? Hm. Keep in mind those aren't my prices.
