where do city halls go, are naboo city halls good for rori ,and which ch is good for datoonie , and whats up with limits on planets ,are all the planets full or can city halls get placed still.

no idea of city status on your server.... the limit right now is 10 cities on each of the big 3 and 25 on the other4 buildables.

dantooine is the only planet you can build any type of structures on.
