Do Heavy Mineral Harvs have a new OMU?

There is one listed in the patch notes for the Harvesing Mech and Fluidic Drilling Pump, but is there one for the OMU?

I'm assuming you mean examining the ore mining unit shows BER 6? You can experiment on it more during final combine to raise the BER higher. My server is still down, but talked to an arch on another server a bit ago and his first test came out with BER 10 (using a BER 6 ore unit).

Ropock says his shows +6 BER on the unit. Maybe this is the BONUS to BER rather than the BER itself you are seeing ?

I saw that too, and I had gotten my Ore mining unit up to 97%.

When I made the Heavy Mineral, though, I was able to experiment it up to 12, and that was with a "good" success (made the final go up to only 70% or so)

not Borked, but there seems to be something strange with the maintenence, it appears to vary now and I don't have a handle on the why's of that...

Ok I now see that you get exp eff in final assembly as well, still based on H, S, and UT. Thanks...

Someone on TC posted that the maintenacne is now 75 +15 per extration rate after 7 c/hour on heavys.

I just made a Ore Mining Unit and experimented it to 98% with the new uber steel that has Heat - 986, Shock 990, Unit Toughness 979 and it comes out a 6 BER!!!!

14.94 crafting tool and 43.68 crafting station...

Surely this is not right???
