I want to know how much it colthing one structure Assembly + 7 worth , pls give me some idea thank

If you are asking how much a a piece of clothing with a skill tape for Structure assembly +7 is worth, I can't tell you. Pre patch it might have been worth something since architects had 55 assembly points. Now we have 100 and are not hurting as much. I am sure someone will buy it
Try advertising on your server's forum, you might get some responses there.
