Hi,

here is an analysis of the Harvester maint forular:

To sum it up..

medium now: maint = rate * 16 - 54
heavy now: maint = rate * 16 - 22

medium shoud be: maint = rate * 16 - 4

please think about it. more deails in the post (s. above)
