anyway, I gave my friend 5 BER 13 heavy minerals, then asked him to pull them back up, and he forgot to check the maintenance, and I lost 3 heavy harvesters I paid 130k for. I don't think the interface is fool-proof enough :/

Sorryyou lost those harvs.
Though, I think it's fine. There's already 2 confirmation windows on a re-deed.

No kidding. The only sure-fire way to help someone who refuses to read the red print staring them in the face as they make the choice to destroy something is to prevent re-deeding at all.
