Thread: What does Similar Structural Module mean?
/sigh, good, thanks for the quick reply, I was getting a little worried there about wasting that 1K of ore. It's a side crafting character I have for fun and I barely have enough time to run a couple missions and dump the credits into small personal harvesters that keep me going. Picked up Architect so I could build my own factories and houses cause I'll never have enough to buy them.
You can replace th eword similar with random.
6 random walls made with different stuff will work.
I agree it serves no purpose.
I have a new semi-architect character on Shadowfire and I am trying to build myself a house. I am pretty low on resources and cash so I set up my surveying macro to get more ore. While waiting I built 5 Structural modules out of some spare ore and metal that I've had for awhile. Then I notice that the crafting schematic says I need 10 SIMILAR structural modules. Does this mean that they have to all be built out of the same extact sets of resources? I hope not cause if so I just wasted like 1000 units of ore on structural modules I won't be able to use. If someone could clear this wording up for me I would appreciate it.
"Similar" just means "kinda from the same schematic"
You can mix any structural modules you want - hand-made by you, hand-made by someone else, from crates - in any schematic. Same thing for walls.
