hey what would some of you guys say is a reasonable price for a Generic Guild Hall?

On Sunrunner, the price is around 250-350. I usually sell mine for 275,000

300k planet, 350k generic.... is what I sell for, but I've seen them go as low as 225k

Avrage on my server is around 280 - 340, so I sell mine for 260

Personally... I ignore what folks say about "average" and whatnot. THey are a pain for me to make so I ask 500k. I sell em too. It's all what you believe they are worth. Ignore what anyone else says.

I am in the other camp of coruse, I ignore the realy high ( like 500K ) prices and look at people that actually sell quite a few of them

Heres a tip. Find a low price and buy resources for a PA hall over the bazaar.

I got an offer for 250k, bought 10k worth of resources and the price went down to 200k.

Saved 40k

I charge 225k

Hey Dalyn, just curious about your 'business' model. I've seen many many posts by you and agree with around 60-70% of what you say.

What I am curious about though is, given you must be one of the most popular and well known architects on your server, why you feel you have to sell for less than others ?

You seem to apply 0 value to your brand name ?
Quite the opposite to me... or is that really what your 'brand' is worth to your customer base ?
