remove them all or they'll be gone when you put it back down.

do I have to remove every item from the house to deed it and keep the items or will it auto set back up?

having just purchased a house and placed a lot of money into the maintenace of it i want to re locate.Is there a way to do this and not lose the maintenance money.I know i can re deed if he structure is 100% but just dont want to lose the money.Does the maintenance money stay with the structure untill it is re deeded.

Yep the maintence stay with the house... except for a redeeding fee but it will show you how much it is I believe before you make the final agreement to redeed.

on the control terminal in your house on the radial menu, at the top go to destroy structer. It list's how much it will cost to re-deed the structure, and two more things. If all options are green, hit ok and type in the code. Then you will have re-deeded your house, and its back in your inv. If all options are not green, and you hit ok and enter the code, you will have just destroyed the structure permantly.
