sorry for such a stupid question but since the devs aka lazy shmucks have posted no info on this i have to ask here. oh i am master arch

The skill is in the Master Artisan box, so if you don't have that as well, you can't make them =)

then you use your weapons/droid/general to get to ir. Under GENERAL and its at the bottom. No crafting station will give you Swoop and speeder. Crafting station will add X34
