Hey all,

I'm looking for a medium corellian house, I dont really care what style/floorplan (one with stairs if that is an option, but I dont think it is...)

I know that small houses are selling for around 9K on Bria, I found one medium for 75K...LOL..seems like quite a jump, cant anyone do better?... Any architect names and prices of houses availbableright awaywould be appreciated. If I get a response, I will be in touch in game after the patch to buy.

My standard price is 50k, but I'm on Shadowfire. I make exceptions to this, for people that are moving into Mos Muerte.

The reason a medium house is so much more expensive is two fold: a) If a person wants a medium, they can probably afford the premium. b) a medium takes over 3x the amount of resources to make than a small.

I know 50k is not 3x 10k, but that's where point (a) comes in. Given this is almost always a one time purchase, running a couple extra missions to afford one, shouldn't be considered a very big obstacle.

I sell mine for that Price on Shadowfire. I only do because one person makes a living off of Killing Creatures and stuff. I must make a Living on Building Things. I got bills to pay like matanance and buying resorces if need be so I need to charge a high price.

The going price on Corbantis for a medium planet house is 60-65k, Generics 65-70k.

I sell them for 70-80 on eclypse...

A medium take more than 6x the resources to make than a small.

Most architects(myself included) chargean average price of around 3 cpu for housing items(excluding PA halls, because of the increased difficulty). As others have said, The reason for the large jump in price is the large jump in resources needed. A small house takes around 3300, whereas a medium takesalmost 21k.
