I am trying to make some armor segments and synthetic cloth in my equipement factory. I'm having trouble accessing the schematic window to put my schematics in for my armor segments. Newbie question but am I using the wrong factory? If I'm not whats up with not being able to access the schematic window?

You need a Wearables Factory to make anything related to clothing or armor.

The factories are aligned with the crafting tools and crafting stations:

food/chem tool - food/chem station - food factory
clothing/armor tool - clothing/armor station - wearables factory
structure tool - structure station - structure factory
weapon,droid,general tool - WDG station - equipment factory
