I was out running around last night checking all my harvester and caught myself thinking about this.
It would be really nice if harvesters sent out a few more email notices of various kinds to the owner.

For instance:

Harvester full! Please come empty.
Harvester out of power. Please come recharge.
Harvester out of maintenence. Please gimmie some money

Harvester at 75% condition. Please repair.
Harvester at 50% condition. Please repair.
Harvester at 25% condition. Please repair. etc...
The resource you are currently harvesting has moved...

Something for the Devs to think about.

yea, or better still how about Droids that can be programmed to add power and maintenance, activate/deactivate, and empty the hopper, then return home and report on the status.

What would be really sweet are remote-control units in the datapad. Add power/maintenance/check and see if your resource poofed without waiting forfour shuttles.

Of course, since mediums usually don't have very large hoppers 50K give or take a few grand, you'll need to pay a visit every few days anyway to gather up your loot.
