Is there any command to find your harvesters if you were stupid enough to delete the waypoint? If there's no command to find them, is there any command to destroy them remotely to free up lot spaces?

I think you'll have to wait until it starts decaying, and you'll get an e-mail saying someting like ""Your harvester at xxxx, yyyy will be destroyed"

It's been a while since I got such ane-mail, but I think coords were in the e-mail.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

Unfortunately, when I was on vacation a couple of months ago, some of my structures decayed and died, butareSTILL on my list of active structures. If I can't find these harvesters and this happens again,my maximum structures will potentiallybe down over 50%, which is death since I'm a master architect with a house and factory. Any ideas?

Might try opening a CSR ticket. Dunno if they can help but wouldn't hurt to try.

If the resource is still in spawn, could just track it by surveying for it again. Otherwise, you're out of luck.

I did the same thing with some fusions a while ago, I was considering posting a bounty in the trade forums if someone would find them for me. What I did was backtracked on the areas that i normally harvested at and zigzagged. I found them by accident (God?) quite unbelievable that I found them at all. But unless you walk out into the desert, sometimes you take the local available shuttle to and from the sight, if there's a landmark around, if you can sorta remember the terrrain that might help. The resource spawn probably won't help unless you deleted it recently, if the spawn disappeared (like in my case) won't help at all.

I have had this happen a few times for me, especially on borrowed lots (the lot owner disappears and Ididnt keep a copy of the waypoint ).

The only thing I can suggest is to try and remember the area where you planted the harvs, and then when you get to the general vicinity of where you think it is, turn on overhead mapping (ctrl m) and turn up the specs on the graphics.....and go for a ride up and down in a grid pattern until you find them. It helps to have a couple of mates help you out so that you can cover more ground quicker, but its about the only way of finding the damn things.

And its worked for me everytime (though I do keep a spreadsheet that records everything as a backup anyway).
