I posted this in the DE forum, but as someone pointed out, this really moreso applies to us Architects.
Here's the link:

I'm still hoping to hear from the devs on this change, to see whether this was indeed intended or is simply a bug.

its not a bug... the dsc schematic experimental requirements changed from OQ100%/DR100% to OQ50%/CD50%

I am still seething about this. A FUNDAMENTAL CHANGE FOR ARCHITECTS with the STEALTH NERF. And the majority of DE's think it's great we got screwed over apparently. They're all for the nerf wagon. Really freakin' tried of these jerks devising new ways for us to have fun.

Cafa, where are you getting the Idea DE's are happy you got screwed?
I think DE are just apathetic that everytime theres a Droid fix, it breaks something else. Why would we be pleased that something we make has been changed in a negative way? Perhaps we are all out to get you, and you're not paranoid after all

I realize they changed the schematic. But they changed more than they said they were changing with the patch message, and so this leads be to believe that it is a BUG. I believe that whoever programmed the schematic looked at the Level 1 Droid Storage Module as a comparison and copied code from that for experimentation. But in truth all they should have done was made the Experimentation points check Droid Experimentation instead of Artisan Experimentation. So they changed 2 things, not just 1. That's why I think (and hope) it's a bug.
Yup, its strange to see OQ/CD in the decay rating when it used to be DR only in the experimental durability
