Another broken quest in phase 2, the devs are going for the record here.
In all seriousness though, the rerlfex missions are screwed, i know this first hand, and i hear rumours from people about the combat prowess ones being messed up to. So in conclusion my friend nothing we can do till they finish doing the fix's they need Tiggs has responded to the relfex mission in the live forum board, you may get more luck posting this in the jedi forum this is where Tiggs saw the problems with relfex.

There is a bug that occurs if you leave the planet during the phase 2 crafting quest. When you return to Dath, you get the message: "Mission Failed!" and your crafting mission vanished from your quest journal. It keeps you from completing the quest, though it keeps track of how many items you've contributed. It is also not possible to re-acquire the quest from the NPC Quharek.
I have handed in 16 components yet the quest is not complete. About mid-way through, I left the planet (necessary to pick up resources) and got the "mission failed" message when I returned to Dath. The crafting quest info had also vanished from my quest journal. Even if the dev's eventually fix this bug, will I be given credit for the 16 items I turned in and will this quest finally show as completed? Many other players have reported this bug in the "Jedi" forum.
DEVELOPERS PLEASE FIX THIS - and do so in a way that compensates players for items turned in and that restores their crafting box to them, unlocked!
