Did I miss something? I attempted to build Heavy Mineral Harvesters and could only get 12 BER with 94% experimentation. What's up?

I will assume for now that you have used HQ resources as you got to 94%, so now check your OMUs, they are not good enough if you experimented them up to BER6 and then stopped, you have to keep going until you have highest possible % efficiency. So, when you reach BER6 on these, just keep going until you have no exp points left to use.

Make new OMUs and try again, I will lay good money it will work as long as you get 90% or higher efficiency on those.

This has always been the reason for this happening in the past.

Same resources I've used in the past to attain 13. The OMUswere 6 but I'll try those again. Thanks for the response.

If you find it was the OMUs (as I am sure will be the case) don't throw the 'old' OMUs away if you have some still, try using them to make Fusions, they seem a bit more forgiving on the final combine, you may well find you can get a BER14 fusion with them, no promises, but it is worth a go.
