Some on told me to target the person and type /transfer but that did not work

/TransferStructure

Stand inside the house, targetting the person to transfer the structure to. use /transferstructure

Some things you can't do:

Transfer a structure to someone without the lots to hold it.

Transfer a structure the person is in-capable of dropping. (I tried this with a vendor tent in a city. I'm master merchant so I dropped the tent but wanted to transfer it to an associate so he could run it for me. No dice he didn't quite have Eff. IV so it wouldn't let me)

how abotu a harvestor? how does that work... i forgot how to do it =(

Same thing; Use /transferstructure.

Make sure you're standing close enough to the harvester. You have to be in that little area where you can access status, etc.

highlight the transferee, /transferstructure, voila

no it does not. You can transfer a house with items, vendors, etc.
