Thread: Searching for a house
I am looking to buy a house and before I do, I would like to know what kind of maintainence is required and what limitations are there for having a house. I would do a search but I really don't have the time to do so. If any architects can give me the basics on this your help is greatly appreciated. My main concern though, Is the maintainence cost. Just want to know if I'll be able to afford a house and hope it won't drain my funds.

Houses take up some of your lots... Every player has 10 of them. Small and medium houses will take 2 lots (except the round naboo house (Small naboo style 2) takes 1 lot), large houses take 6 lots.
You can store 75 items per lot consumed with a max of 250 per building (so a large can still only hold 250).
Main varies for the house sizes, and it's been awhile since i have paid attention to the rate (plus i have 20% discount because of the merchant tree), so hopefully someone else can comment on the maint costs of the various houses.

Im on tatooine, ive only been playing a few days so im a complete noob.
Im looking for a house deed, the bazaar has lots of other deeds but none for a house.
I even did a Galaxy search on the baz term and that came up empty,
so my question is "Where can I get hold of a house deed on tatooine"?

The issue is that the Bazaar limits prices to 3000c, a normal small house costs around 10k, so youwill needto ask any architect if he will make one for you.
Thanks for the help guys.I have recently bought a house and also acquired one for free for joining a player city. Now I have 2 houses. The maintainence isn't bad either, I can actually afford to put up both houses and not have to worry about maintainence for a year. My security deposit box is maxed, my inv. is maxed and my backpack is maxed.......with these houses I can unload everything now.
this game is cool even without being a jedi....but will hey ever allow use to have a mansion for the very rich...
