what is the average price for a small, medium, large house?

You can get small houses for next to nothing. Seen them as low as 2k. I sell mine at 10k. Mediums sell for 65k and larges for 100k. Again, those are my prices and I have no problems selling for that much. I still get told I over charge, but on a per resource price, this is about 1/10 what you paid for that uber pistol. Holo-architects have pretty much ruined the market tho, and if you shop around, you can find houses much cheaper.

what does maintenance typically cost? as I remember... small 16 credits per hour... medium 34 credits per hour ... large 50 credits per hour

how does storage work? can i put alot of stuff in my house? do i have to buy special containers? Storage is simple... choose "drop" from your radial menu and the item drops at your feet. Dropped items have a move or turn option in their radial menu so you can move them around. Item counts are seriously borked and everyone hates them. Basically, you get 75 items per lot. Small houses take 1 or2 lots, so a small one lot house holds 75 items... less than you can carry with an equiped pack! Medium houses take 2 lots... same as some types of smalls. The most items you can keep in a medium house is 150. Large houses take 6 lots, so you'd imagine they take 6 x 75 = 450 items right? Wrong! Large houses hold only 250 items! At present time there are only 2 "functioning" containers. Sliced (open) containers and backpacks dropped in the house.
