Along with pricing the availability of BER14's is something that will vary drastically from server to server.
BER13 is the current maximum for heavy harvesters. You may or may not be able to find BER14's. If you do then they may fetch a heavy premium. We could make BER14 during "temporary tuesday" when experimentation was changed for one day and then changed back the following day. On some servers there were architects that were able to take advantage of it and make a schematic and pump out a lot of BER14's. But on other servers not a single BER14 has hit the open market.

I'm in the market for a few harvesters but I dont know what I need or how much I should expect to pay. I'm on a perenial holo grind and am going to need bulk resources for grinding :\. The good thing is that I have a week to begin my stockpile. I will need one or two flora four or five mineral and two or three chemical plus one or two for power.I have ten lots and will use them all.Whatand how many doI need? How much shouldI expect to pay? And how much is the maintance for all that?
Thank you

Ps I need to master artisin and its elite professions.

I'm sure you plan to continually pull resources as you grind certain professions seeing that one week is not enough to get everything you'll need to master all 7 grindable professions on the artisan tree.
As far as harvesters go, if you really want to be complete, I would suggest probably 8 of each kind of harvester and 2 fusions. Have them pumping at all times. For example, for DE you need steel and fiberplast. So, you'll need to have mineral harvs as well as chemical harvesters down. The Weaponsmith grind is almost fully centered around Steel. 8 minerals on steel would get ya what you needed. Chef is mostly organic, so you'd need to have organics down mostly.
So, as I said, I would order the following:
8 Heavy Mineral Harvesters (Preferrably BER 13 or 14). These might run you approximately 160K to 180K credits each
8Deep Crust Chemical Extractors(Preferrably BER 13 or 14). These might run you approximately 160K to 180K credits each
8High Capacity Flora Farm(Preferrably BER 13 or 14). These might run you approximately 160K to 180K credits each
8High EfficiencyMoisture Vaporators(Preferrably BER 13 or 14). These might run you approximately 120K to 140K credits each
2 Fusion Power Generators(Preferrably BER 14). These might run you approximately 120K to 140K credits each
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT ALL PRICES ARE APPROXIMATE AND COULD DRASTICALLY CHANGE ON YOUR SERVER
If you are really intent on mining all your own resources for your grinds, then this would probably be your best bet. Just keep in mind that you cannot be grinding all the time as you'll need to be moving harvesters after resource shifts as well as maintaining harvesters and changing types of harvs that are down based on what you need. This would be my recommendation. Load up on as many of each type of harvester as you can. The order will probably run you between 5million and 6million credits.
Maintenence on Heavy harvs runs right at 2160 credits per day and each heavy requires 1200 units of power per day. The fusions require 1200 credits in maintenence each day.
