Well, do you get any message about why it didn't work? Or is the resource showing, but with zero units, so you can't empty the hopper to redeed? That second one can be cleared up by starting and stopping the harvester.
Also, is this one that you placed, or are you adminning someone else's lots? All admins (can add maintenance and power) are supposed to be able to access the hopper, but since these are two different lists, it's possible one got bugged.

I know it may be stating the obvious - but you did click on the resource first to highlight it before clicking on 'retrieve resource', didn't you?

Hello fellow Architects I have a question. I just mastered Arch today and was just about to get a vendor going but i have this problem. Im trying to craft Personal Mineral Harvestors schematicto do a factory run on. Well I cant get better than six experimentation points and no matter how many timesI try it I get BER 3s. Why is this Im master and on other items I get my full 10 exp. points. I even made a BER 13 Heavy so I know the resources Im using can get me there. Any ideas? Thanks for the help.

In spite of them showing up in the "installations" part of your crafting tool, and requiring a Structure factory to manufacture, the personal harvesters are experimented on using *ARTISAN* experiment points. So if you don't have Eng4 and DomArts4, you won't have 10 points to use on them.
