Thread: Slicing vehicles... why not harvestors :P
Slicing something should improve certain aspects of it .....
so a sliced harvester might use less power or require less maintenance, or if very lucky have an increased BER ......
nice idea - suggest it on the smuggler forum perhaps ?

I still don't see how it helps architects. Is anybody suggesting we make the deeds and then get a smuggler to slice them BEFORE we sell them? That gets a big thumbs down from me, if slicing is by the guy who bought it, then I see no benefit for us architects.
handing over my 150k harvestors to a smuggler: bad idea, very bad idea
Most weaponsmiths or armorsmiths, have a "personal" slicer they know well. Usually a RL friend, or an alt who is a smuggler. I would venture, I would do the same.
Oh, forget about speed slices for vehicles, it has been said over and over, that they are as fast as they will ever be.
Well, as an Architect AND a Smuggler....
You might sell more, becuase there's always that guy (including us) who will go througha dozen items to get that one sweet slice.
On the other hand, they'll then dump those for chump change, and we'll have another round of /tells from people telling us "So and so is selling sliced heavyharvesters for only 10K, why are you ripping me off? Don't you want my business?" all over again.
I dunno, it could go either way.
They're telling us in the smuggler forum that we're going to get the chances to slice more things, and the only things I can thing about that would be worth slicing are vehicles, ticket vendors, and harvesters. No telling, really.

While vehicle durability slices are gonna be in soon, why not add harvestors! Hand the smuggler a deed and get it sliced...
I am not quite sure what that does to help architects. please enlighten me.
I was posting quickly between tasks at work. Sorry.
