Thread: Architech Painting Crafting Qestion!!

My character is an Artisian(Master). He also has Furniture III. I got the painting schem(blue leaf) Learned it.
Ok now How do I make the darn thing. I was trying a furniture crafter at a public crafting station(furniture also), Yet I dont see it on any of my opeions to craft the thing. I checked my Datapad and it is in my schematics. What am Inot doing? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try a private crafting station (one in a player house). Higher complexity schematics need private stations and can not be made at public stations.

And you should probably make a factory schematic from itor those two paintings you can make from it are gonna have cost you over 20k each.

How do I make a factory schem? You mean a factory crafting schem??

To make the schematic you go through the crafting process as normal, at the end, instead of creating the item (create prototype), you create a draft schematic. You can choose how many of the finished product you will make from this schematic up to a limit of 1000 units. The important thing to remember is that you will need enough units of the exact same resources as used in the making of the schematic for all the items you will make from it.
e.g. if you used 20 units of Nera Corellian Conifer Wood when making the schematic, then you will need a further 20,000 units of Nera Corellian Conifer Wood to make 1000 items from the same schematic. The same goes for each different resource used. I would suggest that you make the schematic for 1000 items anyway, as you may be lucky enough to find further resources of the exact same later on.
Finally you will need a factory to make all the paintings from the schematic.

What we're talking about is a schematic that you buy from the curator of the Bestine Museum. Just go to Bestine and find the building labeled Museum on the overheard map. Then in a room to the right from when you enter the door is a guy that will sell you a schematic. There isn't anything quest wise required to buy the schematic. Each round of paintings is determined by a vote that the same guy coordinates but you don't have to do that to buy the painting afterwards.
Other paintings are not crafted and do involve quests. There is a thread in the Game Guides forum that discusses all the paintings in the game and how to get them.
