impromptu orders for these items in town ARE possible,

ever thought of getting a droid with structure crafting module? these act exactly like a private crafting station

yes, you will also need to have the 6 (identical) wall units made in a factory

Hi,

I just learned Installations 4, which is supposed to provide the ability to make a heavy harvester deed. Yet when I use a Structure crafting tool, structure crafting station, or even a general crafting tool I cannot find the scematic for the Heavy Harvester. Installation I, II, III, and IV is all I have in the architect category. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks, be well.

Are you using a public or a private crafting station?

Have you tried using a personal Structure and Furniture Crafting Station in your home? I think that is the only way you can access those schematics.

Good luck and congrats on Installations IV!

Shaylen is right, but to further elaborate, you need a private crafting station for any schematic above a difficulty of (I believe) 25. Kinda makes impromptu large furniture orders in towns impossible.

For those of you using these, are they really worth the pain? I'm still just using mediums.

How useful they are mainly comes down to how many resources do you need per day and how many lots you have. If you need a lot of resources and are running low on lots then larges are more efficient lot wise. If cash and upkeep are more important and you have extra lots use mediums.

Basically larges are for folks who have a large house and a couple factories and have very limited lot space so they need the most bang for the buck.

Heavy's are more efficient in maintenance cost and lots but can you afford to make them?

There comes a point in an architects career that having just mediums hurts them in the long run. Take for example these Heavys. The identical wall pieces means you need schematics and you need alot of the same materials. I used to max my schematics out to 1000
on everything. There are alot of things you will never even come close to using up that many even sttructural modules it would be hard to do if you didnt get alot of the same resources for before the next shift.

I hate having useless schematics in my data pad so i pay for it later because i have to redo them. But really i haven't seen any resources come back from going away as of yet on Corbantis.
