Yes and no. They would be more useful if anyone on the admin list of one could place a vendor there. As it is, they are essentially nothing more than fancy symbolic/vanity structures.

They will hopefully be better in the future. RIght now the best thing is to be able to manage a guild. Having your guild name behind your name is the best thing u can do to get your guild name out there.
