On the description of a Small House deed, what does "St 2" and "Fp 2" mean.

Also what kind of cost to buy a house with the St 2 and Fp2. And what kind of maintenance costs am I looking at?

I think I am ready to buy my first house to be used at first to store my resources in.. Any suggestions orthings to look out for.

St 2 means there is both a Style I and a Style II, they are outwardly different (exterior has something different about it)/

Fp2 means there is a different floorplan. The exterior could look exactly the same as a same style Fp1 house, but have a completely different layout of hallways/rooms etc.
