Once place is it possible forownshipe of a building to be transfered to another player?

And if so, how is this done?

As far as I know, you cannot transfer ownership of a standing building. You must redeed then trade the deed.

Yes, you will need to pull the deed back up, trade it with the other person and have them plant the structure. That's the only way I know for it to work.

You can use the "/transferstructure" followed by the name of the person taking it over. But you better have that person on the admin list otherwise you have to relog I believe.

Is pulling the building back up an option at the structural management station?

Also does all furniture need to be picked up before picking the buidling up?

I just used the /transferstructure command the other day. This is a great way to demo a house for the buyer without loosing the maintenace you've put in it!

HOWEVER, I have NOT tried to do it with furniture in it. I'd be curious to know if the ownership of the furniture transfers correctly, enabling the new owner to pickup items if they wish. Maybe I'll tinker and try this out tonight...

You can redeed ANYTHING made by an architect and you can /transferstructure anything as well. I have redeed a PA hall several times as I tired some new spots out for it around our town. I have transfered over houses and harevsters! In order to hold the PA hall (9 slots) I had to transfer over my house and 8 harvesters/solar gens!

Anything inside a house becomes the property of the new owner, any ore in a harvester becomes the property of the new owner.

If you are transfering to a friend, have them add you back ont he admin list. All the admins will remain as before except the owner. The owner was never "added" as an admin so when you tranfer the construction he is removed from the list.
