Thread: How do i transfer ownership of an existing structure?

I know the devs intended there to be but I have never tried it and don't know if it works yet or not.


That is what the "installations" portion of the bazaar is supposed to be for although no one can figure out how to use it if you don't have something to put IN the bazaar.


You can also charge access fees using merchant skills.

Actually you only need the Artisan skill Business 1 to charge access fees

Yes the /transferstructure command does work.


Simply target the structure you wish to transfer ownership of and type


/transferstructure (player name you wish to transfer to)


You will get a conformation message.


Sometimes the palyer who has gained new ownership of the house needs to log out and back in to be able to acess the controls, not usually thow.

I saw in the /help list there is a command called transferstructure

Is there a way of selling someone a house or say mineral extracter on a piece of prime real estate without re-deeding?

What happens ifthe transfereedoesn't have enough lots...? will the person transferring get a message...?
