Can someone please tell me the average price for a medium house?

Ive seen plenty of mediums on vendors for 45k....personally i try to keep it at 50k.

For those of you who sell medium houses around the 45=50k mark wouldn't you be just better off selling the resources ? I can't understand why people go through the hassle of building a medium house and adopting the risk of failure for 2c a resource payment at the end of it.

Its just madness if you ask me. Even 75k I feel is cheap for what it takes to build a medium house, but at least its within the realms of sanity.

i think we should ALL raise our prices to 85 until the Factory nerf is fixed...i dont care about the resources as much as i care about the time i waste clicking out the structures modules, wall units and and generators...we should get compensated for the PAIN and SUFFERING

Here is my attitude. If you don't like my price, you can probably find it cheaper somewhere else, but I am doing my part in trying to preserve profitability in this profession.

It’s not about sanity. It’s about low-self esteem, and the feeling of ‘being popular’. Some times it’s about leveling up, but I’ve seen masters give houses away… It all comes down to wants and needs. People need houses. A lot of architects have a need to be popular, and they found a way: by performing their craft at a below market costs for the raw materials.



If you think you can reason with someone that is fulfilling a human attention quotient by being someone virtual slave, well, good luck, you’ve got more wind in you then me. But you are wasting your breath.



At first I though it was madness, or the ‘selling of the grind’, but I became aware that it’s really all about receiving 100 /tells an hour, and feeling popular.



It doesn’t help that ore is f***ed. However: Gunsmiths pay for materials, but a lot of architects get it from the ground. My material costs about .3cr to .5cr per unit to take from the ground (on average). Even if you factor in a given failure rate you can still see that I can make a good living selling small houses for as little as 10K.

I charge 80k for one i can usally get it done 1-2 days if i have pending orders if i have none usally just a few hours

Resources cost a lot more than .5 to pull out of the ground. Unless you don't care about the cost to redeed them (4500 for larges) or your time is worthless (i.e. time to collect resources, survey new spots, re-deed old harvesters).

My time definitely isn't worthless.
