Nice idea, but until they fix the admin bug what is the point of renting a house?

nce you've rented out the 5 houses that you could possibly own what are you going to do? Spend most of your time sampling is my guess 
Seriously, what is your justification for continuing to charge money for something that you have "sold". The only cases I can think of that are anything like that, the "seller" has to provide some service to justify the continued payments, e.g. new content for MMORPG's, maintainence/upkeep/security for condominiums.
I tell you what, I'll "buy" a house from you and continue to pay you 200 cr. a day if you will run to it andpay the maintainence fees for me, andkill any"red dots" (thugs, vermoks, etc.)that arehanging around nearby...

I think they should add a Landlord skill to the Architect Profession. That way we as Architects can control our houses and get daily/monthly rent. Or maybe we can get the maintanence charges. something...but I think we Architects need something more than just the credits at the sale...
