I must have missed this somewhere, but what kind of timefram are we talking about in which these changes are going to be implemented? Are they working on them now and planning on releasing a massive patch with a BUNCH of changes or are they going to release the changes as they work them out?

I don't think anyone knows. Q-3PO posted yesterday that there are people working to get feedback on the lists from the designers to the correspondants, but I didn't see any timeframe on it. I get the impression the intent in Soon(TM)
