Ok I got a structure factory but am out of land so I had a good friend place it for me. He made me admin, now what do I do? Someone said I had to place to use it. If so what do I tell my friend to do to turn it on for me, what is the process. Thanks for the help!

With admin privs fixed, you should be able to complete the process yourself.

a) all of the is done through the "options" panel on the radial menu.

1) put in the schematic

2) put in the resources necessary

3) start the harvester

Should be pretty straight forward.

All I see is input hopper and output hopper , no "options"

Hmmm perhaps you were only added to the "hopper" admin list instead of the general admin list. I'd have them check it out.

Someone in game told me you ahve to be the owner of a factory to use it, that is you have to place it. Can anyone confirm this?

that was fixed in the last patch. you just have to be sure you're on both admin lists.

You also need to have a schematic already in your datapad that can be used in the factory before you will see the access schematic option.

That is what was missing. I didnt have a schematic ready.
