Do they work or not? Some architect named Sigurd Varang on Radiant claims that it works and has never had a problem with it. Then I try to explain that about 95% of the architects have a problem with it then tells me that I'm misinformed.

If he can make them ask him to make you a schematic for 100 of them and offer him the resources and some credits for the effort. Or ask him to build you a medium or large flora harvester. If he is able to do do any of those three things then he is telling you the truth and if he can't then he hasn't checked or tried and is only telling you he can because he see's the schematic in the datapad.

He claims he can make them. I tried explaining to him and a couple of his friends about the problem everyone is having with them and he gets defensive and is now ignoring me. Honestly, I think he is full of crap about making them and just wanted to look like some Architecture God in front of his friends.

ok... all straightend out... He just saw it on the list and assumed he could build it. I offered 7k just for the harvesting mechanism to get him to try it.

Yeah, I've been trying for two weeks to build one. The schematic never download. It's gotta be a bug in the schematic somehow.

Oh yes, it is a bug. Our designer response was "hrm could you tell me which schematics don't load?", but the response from the Chef designer (largest potential consumer of flora) was "That's a bug so we'll fix that right away".
