Thread: Lights turning white

Anyone else seeing this? I have green lamp posts in PA Hall and city hall and after about an hour they all turn white at the same exact time.

I am gonna go out on a limb and say they are turning on? They arent on 24/7, they only turn on at night as far as I've seen
