Like the Turbo Fluidic, the ore mining the light ore mining, etc ? At what % experimentation are the maximums acheived ?

at 97% experimented, it told me the base it would add to final combine was 6. I have not built a harvester yet, so I don't know what a final would be. Although I have heard of 10 mediums and 13 heavies.
