The only place I can put it is on the floor. What good is that. If I make or buy a desk/table lamp I want to put it on something besides the floor.

Do not move at all.

Drop your desk or table and while still in the exact same spot drop your lamp. It works sometimes try a few times. dumb way to do it I know mostly since I makes placing against a wall so hard.

Hope the let you place like they let you place the house itself

Regarding the issue with other people with Admin rights being able to drop stuff in houses. If its bug that no one but owner can drop/pick up stuff, who should I complain too about getting it fixed? Basically, we are trying to have a store that sells multiple types of goods: weapons/armor etc... We need a common store house where the artisans can drop off goods, to be later picked up by the merchant and added to the NPC vendor!

Who do we complain to about this bug? Since this game is about cooperation, we can't really do that until this simple bug is fixed!

Dirac: Not sure that belongs in this thread, but... type /bug and fill out the form, in game... make a ticket (Holocron, customer service)... the CSRs won't be able to do a thing, but maybe if enough people do it they'll get sick of answering those tickets and bonk a dev repeatedlyuntil he fixes it.. lol.

Also, you can, out of game, send an email to... um.. well, there is a way to submit out of game, but really, just act like you are in beta (you ARE, you know... didn't you realize? ) and /bug everything that ever goes wrong... you'll have no feedback that that is helping, but I assure you, it is.

Dirac, just set up the vendor and give all the artisans vendor access to the house. THey should all be able to access the vendor and put stuff in it, unless that's bugged too.

As for placing stuff so it floats, I know if you drop a suit of armor, piece by piecv, without moving, the bits will all float there as if they were on a mannequin. I guess table lamps work the same way?

Yeah its bugged, my friend cant pickup or drop stuff in the house i laid down...
