Yes, but only if you are a member of either the Rebel or Imperial factions.

You can purchase a mission terminal from a recruiter using your faction points. Last time I checked, it cost 1500 faction points to buy a mission terminal.

You can then drop the mission terminal in your house or PA hall. Of course, the terminal is still a faction mission terminal, not a general mission terminal.

mission terminals are supposed to be put into player city's when implmented
