How much exp do you get for creating a small house deed?

I just did the math last night but I'm at work now so It's not 100% accurate but smalls give about 7K total XP and Medium's give about 45K total XP....not sure about larges or factories, I forgot to count when I made my large house.

I think about 6,776 (3,388 resources X 2), but that's a guess. It IS around 6K, I've noticed.

Now, that's not including the XP you get for crafting the components (light power core, structural modules, and the small structure), so it's really more than that. But for crafting the actual DEED, as you asked, it's about what I said above.

I think it is around 7160, if you add everything up.
