Is there a way to transfer a building without paying to pick it up? I was wondering if I would be able to place a structure and then transfer over the ownership to someone else, so it would free up my slot. If anyone has any information about this please let me know. Thanks

Yep! My goal is to build villages so I tried all the fun experiments. I make a living selling homes and had to try out all the options and it was burried in the help file. Do a /help some day then scroll up and look at all the fun commands.

Anyway:

Home owner stands inside the house with the new buyer. You highligh them and type in /transferstructure. I would look that up to be sure but the servers are patching.

If I had more build slots open (**edit** mineral harvesting) I would set up a few houses at a time and put for sale signs up.
