Hello there,
As always, it totally depends on the competition on your particular server, but I'd suggest your prices are not too far off the mark provided you don't discount on the final sale.
I've been an architect from Day 1 of the gameandtend to base my pricing onfour things: The hassle of making the tricker items (in particular, setting up tiresome factory runs for fusions), the price you could get for the raw resources without the hassle of making anything, instant availability and the earning power of the machine itself.
Given that a 14-rated fusion on agoodsite can generate tens of thousands of credits' worth of material per day - all mined for less than 0.1 cr per unit -I aim for around 160k.
Ten BER-rated medium minerals and waters also repay themselves within a day or two, so anything around 40k is a fair price imho, (even though proportionately they require fewer materials to make).
Medium chemicals and floras I've recently reduced from 90k to 80k (post patch sales boom is tailing off, and most of the big customers have bought all they can place), and 13-rated chemical, gas, mineraland flora heavies I sell for between155k and 165k.
I've seen folk on these forums sell for a lot more and a lot less, so it's definitely server-specific. My prices mostlyreflect the fact thatthese items are massive revenue-generators and are instantly available onmy vendors.
A competitor may offer cheaper rates but can they deliver? If a buyer hasto wait a week for an order elsewhere, that's a full 7-days where they're potentially missing out on hundreds of thousands of "lost" resources they could be mining now. Runninga well-stockedstore also saves a buyer from traipsing round countless empty shops.
Finally, I also discount up to 25% on large purchases depending on theitems bought(and no, I don't build to order!).
Hope that helps.
