I have someone who wants to buy 100 power core units from me and I can't understand why. Are they used in crafting of something else other than the high end buildings? They have to be factory identical too.

Used to make PA halls, large houses and assorted civic city structures. (some of which require multiple, identicle cores).

I know the structure uses, but why would a guy ask for just power core units? If he is able to make the structures he can make them himself? He even said he could supply the master artisan pieces so that can't be it.

I just don't get why a guy would come to me to buy 100 power core units.

havent made any in a few weeks so maybe im wrong but dont they take a few Mastr artisan components as well? energy distributer and (cant remember)

anyway maybe the guy doesnt have master artisan as well ?

otherwise he may just find it easier/cheaper to just buy a finished product specially if he doesnt have materials to make them?

my bet woud be on the non master artisan thing though.

Yep, non-master artisan sounds like a good bet. Course there's also the possibility its just something he hates to make. I know I cringe when ever I get an order for something that requires them and I don't have any avaialable, they're a pain to make even as a master artisan/architect.

They take Power Conditioners and Energy Distributers which are both master artisan items, so thats a possiblilty. As well someone else mentioned they are also used in some of the higher droids. the best bet is prob just cause they are a pain in the rear to make

I get alot of people asking me to make em.. mostly to the artisan fact as well as the droid engineers.

I recently completed a City Hall, and by FAR the most irritating bit of it was the 6 Identical Power Cores. To make these, I had to first do a Crate of Energy Distributors, and a Crate of Power Conditioners, both Master Artisan, as the factory run of Power Cores needs identical serial numbers on those parts.

This means you need to be a Master Artisan, and use two different factories, if you want to do it all yourself. If I had the cash, I'd *definitely* buy in huge numbers of Power Core Crates in future, just to save myself that hastle if I have to build another one.

Power Droids require a Power Core Unit. That is the only non-structure thing that I know of. I actually have a hard time finding an architect to make them for me on Intrepid.
