Thread: Ack1 Missing experimentation points at master level?

Hello. I've got 2 master architects, on Lowca and Tempest.


Well, I went to craft some crafting stations this morning.... And I only had 6 point sto experiment with instead of my usual 10! I was using excellent conductivity copper (997) and optional parts, the whole bar was filled to experiment on (10 potential bubbles of effectiveness)..... yet I was only able to experiment up to 6 bubbles of the bar, if you catch my drift... Yet, i can use great resources o nmy harvesters and experiment the full 10 for 13 BERs.


Any ideas as to why my experimentation points are different?


Craft stations are an architect, not artisan item..... but i noticed that my master architect who is ALSO a master artisan did not encounter this problem. Could the optional electronics components portion in the schematic draw on artisan experimentation insread of architect?

Upon ome further toying about, I tried making some CDEFs to see what the deal was there - as expected, I have 6 experimentation artisan points (i have engineer 4 but dropped the dom arts line).



Why are crafting stations basing experimentation on artisan points instead of architect?

Crafting stations have *always* been based on artisan experience points, as far as I know. So a Novice Architect who has both Eng4 and DomArt 4 can make as good a station as a Master Architect (or even better, if the Master Architect doesn't have DomArt).
