You need to either buy some energy off of the bazaar/directly form someone or build/buy a wind harvester. then you deposit the collected energy into your harvester. But be warned the wind harvesters are credit hogs.

You need to set up a wind generator or a solar generator to get power for it. Or you can harvest radioactives to use.

I just started architect and i realized that i need A LOT of money to get through the whole profession just from resources. Buying ores and gems from vendors seems almost out of question, so i decided to use my friend's lots for harvesters. But there's the problem. I have was a TK and CH so i have no idea how harvesters work. I know that i need to pay maintenance and put energy into it. So i figure i put up 3 wind generators to collect wind energy and i plan to put up 7 heavy harvesters.

So am i doing it right? Will 3 winds support 7 harvesters? And do i just collect the energy from the wind generators and put it into the harvestors?

Also, what's a high percentage of ore and energy concentration?

You'll need more power than that. Two fusions will power seven heavies if you get them on 60% or better radioactive. Your best bet would be to place your power generators and let them go for a week to build up a reserve before you place your mineral harvs. That or just buy power for them the first time. Pay maintenance and supply power for five or more days and don't keep running back and forth to them. Just check your survey tool daily to make sure the resource you are mining is still there (not shifted away) and only visit them when there is a shift or need maintenance.
