I have 4 wind genertors with a max rating of 9 harvesting. Is 1 unit of wind energy as potent as 1 unit of energy that a fusion reactorr produces? I have the cash to buy fusions generators, but didn't know if it was worth it.

No for a short answer

1 unit of Wind Energy is just that .... 1 Unit

1 unit of Fusion Power is related to the PE and can equate to 1-2 units of energy based on PE. If the PE of the Radioactive is under 500, then 1 unit = 1 power unit. If the PE of the radioactive is 1000 then 1 unit = 2 power units. Anything in between goes along those lines so you basically want to harvest nice high PE radioactives to use.

With radioactives, in your inventory you will see your actually units but when you addPower 20000 for instance, if the PE was good that might only remove 12000 actual units from your inv for instance. Play around with it and you'll get what I mean.
