it would be nice if we could build generic modular structures that can be later customized for planet specific version. How about generic factories that can made into profession speific factories? how being able to re-deed a factory or house and have an Arch break it down and at an additional cost and neccessary equipment transfom that deed into another type of factory...the same for houses.
